Refund Policy

1. Eligibility

  • Refunds are available only for purchases made directly on natyaarts.com.
  • Requests must be submitted from the purchaser’s registered email within 7 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated on the course page.
  • Proof of purchase may be requested. We may decline requests that violate our Terms or indicate misuse.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed/consumed sessions, downloads, or services already delivered
  • Promotional or limited-time offers clearly marked as non-refundable
  • Registration fund is non-refundable
  • University fund is non-refundable
  • Recorded video courses / recorded content are non-refundable
  • Taxes, duties, and government charges are non-refundable

4. Review & Approval Process

Core Team conducts final review & approval
Refund is initiated if approved

5. Processing Time

Refunds are processed after the internal review steps above. The duration depends on administrative workflows and our payment gateway / banking partners. As a guideline, refunds are generally completed within up to one month from approval, though certain cases may take longer. We’ll notify you once your refund is initiated; timelines to reflect in your account are controlled by your bank/card issuer.

6. Partial Refunds / Adjustments

Where applicable, partial refunds may be provided for unused services in line with the course or plan terms.
